An introduction to basic concepts in population genetics and phylogeography. Topics include genetic variation, mutation, equilibrium models, population structure, gene flow, natural selection, historical demography, quantitative genetics, and inbreeding depression.
Prereq: 3310 or 3310.01 or 3310.02, or Grad standing.
